Christopher Humbert
Chris joined Park Construction of NC in 2003. He attended The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and holds both an NC Residential and Commercial General Contractor’s license, as well as an NC Public Utility license.
Bobbie Raynor
Preconstruction Manager
Bobbie Raynor
Bobbie joined Park Construction of NC in 2015, bringing 29 years of experience in vertical construction. With his expertise, Park Construction was able to pursue and successfully win Design-Build and Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) projects, in addition to competing for contracts through traditional competitive bidding.

Jack Harte
Jack joined Park Construction of NC in 2024, bringing with him a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He was selected to participate in our highly competitive internship program, showcasing his strong potential and commitment to the field.
Austin Bailey
Senior Project Manager
Austin Bailey
Austin joined Park Construction of NC in 2016, bringing valuable experience in residential concrete work and construction material analysis. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned his Master’s Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. Austin is also a proud holder of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Ryan Mack
Project Manager
Ryan Mack
Ryan joined Park Construction of NC in 2018, bringing valuable experience in stream and wetland restoration, landfill construction, and landfill closure. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ron Bailey
Field Operations Manager
Ron Bailey
Ron joined Park Construction of NC in 1997, bringing with him 19 years of experience in the utility industry. Before joining the company, he spent 5 years working for Vicon Construction, a subsidiary of Park Construction Corporation in Florida. Currently, Ron manages the field personnel, assigns the necessary equipment for each project, and ensures the quality of work being completed by the field staff.
Robbie Martin
Fleet Operations Manager
Robbie Martin
Robbie joined Park Construction of NC in 2009, bringing nearly 14 years of experience with heavy equipment in the construction industry. He holds numerous certifications in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. Robbie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fleet services and maintenance, as well as scheduling the daily activities of his fleet staff.
Tanner Goss
General Manager
Tanner Goss
Tanner joined Park Construction of NC in 2023, bringing a unique background as a former full-time firefighter with the City of Durham. He holds several technical rescue and emergency medical certifications. In his current role, Tanner is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, managing accounts payable and receivables, handling IT logistics, and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Jose Fuentes
Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
Jose Fuentes
Jose joined Park Construction of NC in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience in vertical construction. He holds multiple certifications, including Train-the-Trainer in CP Trench Safety, Train-the-Trainer in CP Confined Space, NCDOT Flagger, OSHA 10, and OSHA 40. Additionally, Jose is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English.
