Project Manager

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience, in construction management, or related field.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred, will consider experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency is required in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Proficiency in Plan Swift or Agtek is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
- The ability to oversee multiple projects with minimum supervision is essential.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and owners.
- Proficiency with OSHA standards 1910 and 1926.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening.
Duties:
- Execute action plans in conjunction with the internal project team to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain important documents and correspondence, such as RFIs, change orders, subcontract agreements, lien waivers, etc.
- Acquire the services of vendors and subcontractors for the projects based upon the Preconstruction Department.
- Function as the direct point of contact between Park Construction and the engineers/owners.
- Coordinate and complete contract close-out requirements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Periodic project visits to verify continued progress.
- Communicate precisely between the Preconstruction Manager, the Project Coordination Manager, the EHS Manager, and the field personnel.
- Resolving potential long lead time material and long-term planning for project deadlines.
