Upper Taggart Creek Outfall Replacement

The Upper Taggart Creek Outfall Replacement project involved the installation of a new gravity sewer main comprising 8,680 linear feet of 36-inch, 30-inch, 24-inch, and 15-inch sewer pipes at depths ranging from 8 to 35 feet. The project also included the installation of 40 precast concrete manholes and 3 trenchless crossings, including a heavily used railroad crossing and several creek crossings.

Two key specialty items were included in the scope: the removal of 24,000 cubic yards of soil to accommodate a new easement profile and the blasting, excavation, and removal of nearly 25,000 cubic yards of rock. Park Construction completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and project execution.
