State Street Water & Sewer Improvements Phase 3

Bid Due Date – April 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM

Installation of approximately 7,510 linear feet of 6" to 16" diameter waterlines located along the alignment, valves and all other appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Abandonment of existing 6" waterlines as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Reconnection to existing 12" to 16" waterlines as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Installation of approximately 6,940 linear feet of 8" sewer lines located along the alignment and associated manholes as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Abandonment of existing 6" sewer lines as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Installation of approximately 8,760 linear feet of 6" to 10" sewer CIPP liner located along the alignment and associated manholes as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Installation of approximately 1,220 linear feet of 4" to 12" water cementitious liner located along the alignment and associated manholes as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Replacement of existing active sewer laterals connected to sewer lines to be replaced and installation of new proposed sewer laterals as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Reconnection of existing fire services as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Grading, paving, erosion control, site cleanup, and seeding.

Disposal of excess and unsuitable excavation and removed excess materials.

Testing of all installed water and sewer infrastructure.

Temporary facilities (including bypass pumping and temporary water) as required to maintain service during construction and connection to the new facilities.

General conditions including scheduling, project coordination, field work and surveying, environmental protection procedures, submittals and shop drawings, operations and maintenance data, and other requirement as specified for the coordination and execution of the Work.
